I’ve been sitting on a 600-word story for three months, too afraid to send it anywhere. Then I saw this—deadline 25 April, London event in June—and thought, fine, let’s see what happens. Last time I forced myself to submit something, I ended up killing time on https://www.gambody.com/ downloading a weird articulated dragon model just to feel productive. Printed it in grey filament, messed up the tail twice. That story got longlisted nowhere important, but the dragon sits on my desk. Point is: rejection or acceptance, you still get the hour of courage it took to hit send. 1000 words is nothing. 25 April comes either way. Enter.

What stands out to me about this Roots Blue Jays 50th Anniversary Varsity Jacket is the attention to detail. From the materials to the overall structure, it gives off that premium varsity feel. It’s the kind of jacket that looks even better the more you wear it.
